Budget Development
Styles and preferences will be decided on, and we’ll give our ideas on maximizing functionality in your dream yard, all while staying within your budget. If you don’t know what the costs will be or what a good budget is, we will help you with that.

We start measuring to ensure accurate sizing and planning for the space, then we begin our 3D renderings!  We use the latest technology and measurement devices to ensure precision and accuracy.We will deliver your 3D design and meet in person or on zoom call to go over the design in detail and collect feedback from you. There are no dumb questions or ideas too far fetched in the design process, let us customize your space to your dream back yard.

Design revisions will happen during this phase and we will work to get the design to the final approval stage.

We will present a proposal for the construction of your design in whole or in phases in person or a Zoom call.

e-Sign contract and secure construction deposit. Discuss the schedule and project start date with an estimated timeline.

After we complete the design and build proposal and it is signed we will schedule a walk through to go over your project with you and make sure everyone is on the same page before work begins!
